Annual Passport Terms

These Annual Recurring Subscription Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of an annual recurring subscription (“The Passport”) provided by SportsPassports (“SportsPassports,” “The Passport,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing and using the Subscription, you (“Subscriber,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms.

1. Subscription Overview
1.1 Service Description: The Subscription provides access to The Passport on an annual basis.
1.2 Subscription Term: The Subscription term is one year from the date of purchase and will automatically renew each year unless canceled as per Section 5.

2. Payment and Billing
2.1 Subscription Fee: The annual fee for the Subscription (“Subscription Fee”) is [$75] and will be billed to the payment method you provide at the time of purchase.
2.2 Billing Cycle: Your Subscription Fee will be charged annually on the anniversary of your initial Subscription date.
2.3 Price Changes: We reserve the right to change the Subscription Fee for subsequent renewal terms. We will notify you of any changes at least 30 days before the new fee takes effect. If you do not agree to the new fee, you may cancel your Subscription as described in Section 5.

3. Account and Payment Information
3.1 Account Information: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and purchasing a Subscription. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.
3.2 Payment Information: You must provide a valid payment method and ensure sufficient funds are available to cover the Subscription Fee. If we cannot charge your payment method, we may suspend or terminate your Subscription.

4. Use of Service
4.1 License: Upon payment of the The Passport Subscription Fee, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service as described in these Terms.
4.2 Restrictions: You may not sublicense, resell, or otherwise transfer your rights under the Subscription. Unauthorized use of the service may result in termination of your Subscription without refund.

5. Cancellation and Refunds
5.1 Cancellation by Subscriber: You may cancel your Subscription at any time by logging into your SportsPassports account and turning off the “Auto-Renewal” feature under the Subscriptions tab or by contacting customer success at the designated email address: [email protected]. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided.
5.2 Cancellation by Company: We may cancel your Subscription at any time if you violate these Terms or for other reasons. If we cancel your Subscription for reasons other than your violation of these Terms, we will provide a pro-rata refund for the remaining portion of the current Subscription term.

6. Renewal and Termination
6.1 Automatic Renewal: Your Subscription will automatically renew each year unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
6.2 Termination: Either party may terminate these Terms at any time upon written notice to the other party. Termination will not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to the termination date.

7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Subscription after the effective date of the changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SportsPassports will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; and (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our service.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [your state/country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
