Josiah is a composed ball handler and skilled guard who defended well on-ball, moving his feet and showing discipline with his hands. Offensively, he got to the rim and absorbed contact, converting and-one finishes.

Josiah is such a difference maker when hes out on the floor. He likes to challenge himself by guarding the better players, but also take control of the ball and the offense. from playmaking for himself or setting up his teammates, a great player to have at that position.

Josiah is great at attacking the rim and finishing with either hand around the basket. He uses his quickness to jump the passing lanes for steals and convert his defense into transition buckets.
