Josiah is the floor general when he's on the court. He plays great on ball defense, applying pressure which leads to easy transition buckets. He is great at attacking the gaps and drawing in defenders to kick to an open teammate.

Josiah is a confident shooter from the mid range, and as he grows he will surely develop into a long range threat. He knows how to quickly set up and get his shot off, which he knocks down with consistency.

Josiah cuts very well off the ball on offense. He constantly is moving and always getting open so that his teammates can find him. He knocks down open jumpers whenever the defense gives him space.
