Norman does such a great job of deciding when to cut, which shots to take and when to set up his teammates. He has a very good flow for the game and makes it enjoyable to watch. Incredible floater as well.

Evaluation:

Norman is a high energy, high motor player who is a vocal leader on his team. He gives good direction on offense and facilitates movement, and calls out movement on the defensive side of the ball. He is a shifty guard with quick burst speed, making him an absolute pest of a defender. While he may be small, the boy has got a lot of heart and impacts his team in many ways.

Evaluation:

Norman is a tough guard that defends the ball hard. He showed off his skills with the ball getting in the paint and making plays for others but also finishing over length.

Norman is a capable point who has the court vision to find the open man in transition but can beat his man off the dribble when looking to score at the rim.
